Transgender and gender non-conforming employees experience barriers, stigma, discrimination, hostility from others, and pressure to “manage” their identities in social settings, including the workplace.

Despite growing public awareness of the struggles these employees face, many employers remain ill-equipped to create policies and workplace cultures that support their trans and gender non-conforming employees.

Our course helps equip leaders and employees with tools to understand everyday challenges trans employees face and teaches them to engage in conversations regarding difficult diversity-related topics.

For a limited time, we are offering this course for NO CHARGE. We would love to hear your feedback and ask you to share this with anyone you think may be interested in equipping their employees or community with tools to protect and create more inclusive workplaces.
